As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Logistics Department. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring distributor and retail orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Receive, review, and process distributor and retail orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with Accounting department to resolve credit issues
• Monitor sales and transfer orders for accuracy and timeliness
• Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues on deliveries
• Communicate order status, availability to customers promptly and professionally
• Organize daily order transmissions
• Participate in physical inventory counts of all products stored in the warehouse

• Minimum one year of order entry or inventory ordering experience
• Knowledge of supply chain process and Microsoft Dynamics BC365 a plus
• Strong communication, follow up, organizational, and high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent computer skills are a MUST (MS Office 365 Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a fast-pace, time-sensitive team environment, ability to multi-task is a must

• Work with minimal supervision

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
