Overview

Currently, we are searching for a dynamic, highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

 

  • Enter all distributor purchase orders for domestic shipment  into Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Process orders ready for shipment daily utilizing a 3 step procedure
  • Communicate discrepancies to our customers on a daily basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service between sales managers and our distributors.
  • Create state code or other labels as required.
  • Obtain and submit proof of deliveries on all export orders shipped from domestic warehouses

Qualifications

  • Minimum  two years of customer service/order processing experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV a plus
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
