We are currently looking for an experienced, organized and hands-on Executive Administrative Assistant.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Execute a range of tasks that will help the GM keep this rapidly growing division moving quickly and efficiently.
Organize calendar of domestic and international travel arrangements: this includes maintaining a “master calendar for his Specialist team (3 regional sales managers), supplier visits, and regional travel.
Learn online marketing assets and assist the GM in organizing these files and folders, getting them on corporate website, and updating these materials.
Support GM with online expense submissions.
Administrative support for General Manager and Specialist team.
Prepare and recap tastings for the internal tasting panel.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar subject.
Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Superior customer service, sales, and problem solving skills.
Ability to follow through with projects while working under tight deadline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in learning about wines and the industry a plus.
