Currently, we are searching for a dynamic, highly motivated and goal-oriented Education and Channel Marketing Associate for our Purchase, NY (Westchester) office.


The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):


  • Coordinating various educational seminars with the Education Director, including logistics of booking rooms and webinars, shipping educational materials, and wines.


  • Use an understanding of National Account restaurants to write effective PowerPoint presentations
    • Translate conversations into actionable PowerPoints
    • Find supporting facts for PPTs: scour media & internal data sources for trends
    • Craft creative programs for RFPs including ideas, images, copy


  • Coordinate all aspects of chain coupons, including recommending partners, coordinating sales orders, briefing art team, legal review, proofreading, printing, shipping, budget and timeline management and working with clearing house for final reporting.
  • Develop professional marketing sell sheets and PowerPoint presentations for chain team as needed.
  • Develop, print and ship custom POS tools for the chain team as needed.


  • Attend Marketing Department monthly meeting, chain and NA monthly meetings
  • Serve as “in house adviser on all things chain and NA” for brand team
  • Attend point of sale shows as needed to inspire ideas
  • Coordinate with outside agencies as necessary (POS)
  • Support sales force requests for brand information, artwork, and special initiatives
  • Process invoices and maintain budget records


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing services, trade marketing or brand marketing with a consumer products company
  • Alcohol beverage experience (beer, wine or spirits) preferred but not required, however candidate must demonstrate a personal interest in, and basic knowledge of, wine
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organization, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Ability to create attractive & engaging PPT presentations (by using Google image search, stock photo banks, Nielsen data, etc.)
